AI Rapid Application Developer Engineer | Equity Trading | Python & NLP Expertise | Hong Kong

BAH Partners are currently hiring an AI Rapid Application Developer Engineers for a Tier 1 Hedge Fund’s Equity Trading team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative AI solutions, engaging with portfolio managers to address their development needs, and deploying AI products to solve specific investment-related problems.

Role Responsibilities:
• Translate business problems into effective AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers to tackle investment issues using AI techniques.
• Build, test, and deploy scalable AI products, enhancing the AI team’s solution set.

Requirements:
• Proficient in Python, with experience in LLMs and NLP techniques.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly equities and market data.
• Expertise in developing end-to-end solutions, from problem statement to deployment.
